Business at the Beach Strategy Day

On Friday 27th of September, 2024, join Rebecca Loto, affectionately known as "Bossy Becky" Loto, for an inspirational and innovative day full of business growth and beach well-being.

This is the perfect day for you if you are a female business owner, solopreneur, freelancer or start-up who may be feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next to move your business forward. 

• Do you have a “to do” list which is never ending and you can not seem to tick things off?
• Do you want support to get some goal setting in place so you finish the end of the year strong?
• Do you feel like you're spinning a lot of different plates and not moving ahead in your business?
• Are you always working IN your business instead of taking time to create a strategy and work ON it?

You will spend the day with other female business owners, who have a growth mindset and positive attitude and when a group comes together like this, the magic happens! There is knowledge sharing, networking, collaborations are formed and everyone wants everyone to succeed. You do not have to do this alone. 

But, it's not just a day chatting, going to the beach and eating cake, although we do all of that too! 

It is a day you spend working ON your business. Taking a day to stop the daily tasks and look at the bigger picture.  At the end of the day you will leave with a plan for the next quarter, with "baby steps" so you know exactly what you need to do, which will alleviate the overwhelm. You will feel in control of your business again.

A comprehensive workbook has been made for you with room for notes and scribblings to get all your ideas out onto paper! No laptop needed, just bring a pen.

This Business at the Beach Strategy day is set in a stunning location, at the Hotel Muedon, on the outskirts of Falmouth, Cornwall. After lunch with a garden view, we will walk down to the private beach through luscious gardens, full of palms trees and other exotic plants. You will enjoy some beach wellbeing and reflect on the morning's work before we head back to the boardroom to have afternoon tea and wrap up the day.

ITINERARY:

09.30 – 10:00 Welcome refreshments and networking (we start officially at 10am)

10:00 - 13:00  Morning Business Strategy and Goal Setting

13:00 – 14:00 Lunch

14:00 – 15:00 Beach Wellbeing *

15:00 – 16:00 Cake and a cuppa, wrap up of the day with a commitment to take action and work towards your goals

*No swimming during the day, but you are more than welcome to stay on after we have finished and swim to your hearts content!
