Mentoring has been around for thousands of years, and every successful person can credit some of their success to their mentor advising and challenging them to progress. For example, Socrates mentored Plato, Maya Angelou mentored Oprah Winfrey and Steve Jobs mentored Mark Zuckerberg, to mention only a few.

 

As a mentor, I will help you set goals, make a plan on how to achieve those goals, and most importantly, keep you accountable to those actions you need to take which will move them towards their goals. Without accountability tasks tend to be left until “one day”, i.e. never!
